- France (Metropolitan): Delivery in 2-3 business days via DPD, 3-7 business days via Mondial Relay, and next-day delivery via Chronopost.

If our return conditions are met, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.

- Elvie products can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
- Items purchased in the out’lait section, clearance, or archives cannot be exchanged or refunded, but you can receive store credit.
- Secondhand items cannot be returned.

Dishwasher safe, BPA free breast shields to fit Elvie Pump are available as separate accessories in packs of two. Elvie’s breast shields are available in three different sizes; 21mm is the smallest size available. The unique fitting system and directions ensure correct nipple alignment and effective suction.
