• Coated with a glaze for food use.
• Unique piece, handmade in the workshop 'Bouclez-la', in Isère.
• Wick in 100% natural cotton.
• Soy wax 100% vegetable unscented (vegan).
Shipping:
- France (Metropolitan): Delivery in 2-3 business days via DPD, 3-7 business days via Mondial Relay, and next-day delivery via Chronopost.
- Europe & International: Delivery within 2-9 business days (excluding customs processing), depending on the carrier selected during checkout.
For collection launches or restocks, some items may be available for pre-order, with the estimated shipping date displayed next to the price or in your order summary. If one of the items in your order isn’t immediately available, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Returns:
If our return conditions are met, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.
🎄 For orders placed between November 20 and December 31, the return window is extended until January 15, 2025. 🎄

Certain items have specific return conditions:
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Elvie products can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
- Items purchased in the out’lait section, clearance, or archives cannot be exchanged or refunded, but you can receive store credit.
- Secondhand items cannot be returned.
